A Post Graduate in Management & Economics and Diploma in Training. & Development, Mr R P Singh has over 25 years experience of Management Teaching, Industrial Training and as HR Professional in Public and Private sector environments. Mr Singh is presently heading HR at J K Cement group and Regional Training Centre - North at Nimbahera, Rajasthan. RTC- North is a premier Centre of learning for cement Industry of North India developed through assistance from DANIDA , World Bank and GOI.

An accomplished trainer on behavioural and managerial areas, Mr Singh is also a Certified Grid Instructor by Grid International, USA. He is life member of HRD Network, ISTD and NIPM.

National President of ISTD for 2007-08 , Mr Singh has received many awards including Best Member in 1999 and Fellowship in 2001 by ISTD for his distinguished services in the field of HRD. He has attended / presented papers in National and International seminars including at Asian HRD Congress Jakarta, Indonesia & QL, Malaysia, and IFTDO, Dubai.

K K Verma is Director of a premier educational institute, the Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad. Academy of HRD is a higher learning institute. Its activities include Fellow and Associate Programs, Management Development Programs, Research and Publications, Conferences & Conclaves and collaborative programs with reputed institutes. Long back, Mr. Verma was a Research Associate at IIM-A. At different stages in his career, he was Corporate General Manager-HR of Bank of Baroda, Managing Director, BOB Capital Markets Ltd., Principal of Bank of Baroda Staff College, Corporate Head (HR) of DS Group of Industries. He has couple of books and several articles published in reputed journals to his credit.
